Engineering Manager

An established manufacturing
company in Mesquite is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their growing
team.

This growing family-owned
company is a World-Class Manufacturer of Pressure Washers and Outdoor Power
Equipment for homeowners, contractors, and industrial customers. They take
pride in Their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

The company recently expanded
their facility and as they continue to grow, they are looking for an
experienced Engineering leader to lead their team in a high mix, low volume
manufacturing environment.

This is a direct-hire

Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small team of engineers,
  providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide engineering support to
  product management, ensuring alignment between engineering and business
  objectives.
• Mentor team members on best
  engineering and design practices, fostering a culture of continuous
  improvement.
• Conduct and/or participate in
  technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and codes.
• Manage the engineering process,
  including formal engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional
  teams to navigate the product development cycle from concept to market.
• Develop and implement strategies to
  enhance product quality, efficiency, and performance.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8
am to 5 pm.

Engineering Manager Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience
  in engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience
  working within an industrial manufacturing environment is highly desired.
• Strong
  understanding of the engineering process and product development lifecycle.
• Experience
  managing engineering projects and teams, with a focus on client-driven product
  development.
• Knowledge of
  formal engineering change notice processes and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree
  in Engineering or a related field.

Compensation: $90,000
– 120,000 annually.
