Entry Level Manufacturing Associate | Aerospace

A manufacturer in Mountlake Terrace is looking to add an Entry Level Manufacturing Associate to their Powder Coating to their team. This painter position is a fantastic way to expand your current skill and get yourself in the Aerospace Industry.

This company specializes in painting parts that are critical to the aerospace field. The work you do will make an impact on the way people fly! As a Powder Coater, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and using HVLP guns to spray parts. You will also be responsible for inspecting those parts. You will be trained everything that you will need to be successful in the role.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire job opportunity that requires no experience- they will train you!

Entry Level Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:

• Apply powder coating material evenly onto prepared metal surfaces
• Inspect the coated surfaces for any defects and touch up as needed
• Operate powder coating equipment and ensure it is in good working order
• Maintain records of process

Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30 pm

Pay: $20 per hour

Entry Level Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements:

• 1 year of recent work history, aerospace or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic math and ruler reading skills
• Knowledge of paint types and texturing a plus
