Entry Level Production Inspection

A carbon coating supply
company in Hillsboro, OR is adding a Production Inspector to their surface treatment team! They supply
carbon that is used in a lot of different industries, such as semiconductor,
steel, auto, and electronics.

In this role, you’ll be supporting the surface
treatment team. You will be inspecting products that have come out of the
furnace for any roughness or imperfections. An ideal candidate will enjoy
consistent and patient work, and have a delicate touch due to the fragility of
the products.

The job is temporary-to-hire and offers
extensive benefits upon permanent hire.

Inspector Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts for imperfections
• Use hand work in order to fix imperfections in product
• Use measuring tools such as files, sandpaper, and
  lapping blades

Inspector Requirements:

• Specific visual attention to detail
• Okay with consistent, patient, and detailed work
• Prefers working with a close group environment
• Calm and focused demeanor due to fragility of product
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday.  Hours are 5am-1:30pm

Pay: $18.50/hr
