To which you will be required to work 3 days per week.As an Executive Assistant you will be required to support the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer enabling them to use their time effectively & efficiently.You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Team of Executive Assistants and build relationships with GeeCees and a number of stakeholders from all over the business.What excites you

  • Extensive diary management and the organisation of meetings and appointments
  • Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Booking and arranging overseas travel and accommodation.
  • Shaping, designing and planning team meetings and social events.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within the EA team, supporting each other with workload.
  • Collating expenses
  • Compiling of correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures on the GoCardless administrative systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Management of Ad Hoc and miscellaneous issues

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working within an Executive Assistant role in C Suite is required
  • Computer literacy using G Suite would be advantageous but not essential

Salary range: £27840 – £41760Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.(some of) The good stuff
