Finance Trustee

Job Title: Finance Trustee

Location: Everybody Arts, Halifax

Salary: Unpaid voluntary position

Term: 3 years, renewable for up to two further terms

Time Commitment:

• Attendance at 6 x 1.5 hr board meetings per year (usually held in Halifax or online).

• Attendance at 6 x 1 hr finance subgroup meetings per year (usually held online).

• Attendance at 2 x day away days per year

• Reading papers and preparing for meetings.

We aim for our board to reflect a multitude of experiences and backgrounds and to be representative of the communities we serve. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, particularly from those communities who are generally underserved by the visual art sector.

Although our current priority is financial support, we welcome applications from individuals with other specialisms who are interested in becoming trustees.
