Forklift Operator

This Forklift Operator Position with a floor covering logistics company is looking to add someone who is eager to get started! This is a full-time opportunity that will have you cross trained throughout the warehouse and can offer growth opportunities down the line.

This company that offers a range of logistic solutions for floor coverings, where they unload trucks weekly to provide a variety of different products for residential and commercial customers. They are part of the warehousing and storage industry and specialize in all things flooring. They offer direct pickup, truckload and shipping services.

This Forklift Operator Schedule for this position does rotate, so ensuring that you have availability to stay until closing is a requirement. This is a Temp-to-Hire position that ensures you receive a full 40 hours as well as potential overtime opportunities.

Forklift Operator Schedule: Sunday – Thursday

• Sunday: 11am – close (This is minimum a 12 hour shift with the potential to go longer)
• Monday – Thursday: 2pm – close (anywhere between 6pm-10pm)

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Unloading/Loading trucks
• Assisting in Will-Call
• Operate a Sit-Down Forklift to disperse and move material
• Palletizing product

You will be successful in this role if you love being active on the job, are focused and are willing to put in the work.

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• 6+ months of warehouse experience
• 6+ Sit-Down Forklift Experience
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis

Pay: 
$18/hr
