This year, we have several tracks available, including Business Analytics and Support track, Data Science & Analytics track, IT Software Engineering track, DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) track and Quantitative Analytics track. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In the Quantitative Analytics Track, we are looking for Quantitative Analysts, to become a part of a highly skilled Markets Quants team, leveraging advanced mathematical modelling, analytics and software engineering to deliver highly effective Markets pricing & risk management. What’s next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events at the beginning of April, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is early to mid-May 2025.

By investing in talents through guidance and aligning task complexity with their readiness, the programme gives an opportunity to have an extension for one more year on the same conditions or FuturePros programme participants can apply for other open positions available in the bank.

For FuturePros students – monthly salary 1750 € gross.

You will:

  • Join the FuturePros programme as a Quantitative Analyst in the Market Quants Center of Excellence Team 
  • Learn to work on financial industry solutions and ensure smooth operation of our business, using applied mathematics and honing your programming skills 
  • Build applications using the internationally prize-awarded Quant library Superfly. These applications range from low latency quoting applications for e-trading over risk management to market risk and regulatory measures, covering all asset classes (Fixed Income, Equity, FX, Commodities, Loans) 
  • Perform mathematical markets modelling and analysis, including numerical implementation in the Quant library Superfly

About you:

  • You are an open minded, curious graduate, a reskilled specialist or a student in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance/Economics, or related fields, with notable academic results 
  • You are able to adhere to a full-time schedule, with an option for part-time (minimum 80% participation) if you are a student approaching graduation
  • You are skilled in applied mathematics (probability, statistics, analysis), have an interest in Machine Learning and are interested in applying these abilities to model Financial Markets
  • You have thorough programming and software engineering skills and specifically with prior knowledge and exposure to C++, C# and Python (in prioritized order)
  • You thrive in an engaging environment, have solid communication skills with attitude and energy to be proactive
  • Have a Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication in international teams
