For our Madrid office, we are hiring for the position of GLOBAL Account Manager – Hospitality, who will develop and execute strategic account plans by leveraging the company’s insights and capabilities. The candidate will own and drive business growth within assigned accounts, increasing our share of wallet. The person will utilize proven selling strategies, leverage our brands, product portfolio, and market insights to create opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will drive sales at each account to achieve individual targets while focusing on cross-selling opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Focus on assigned accounts in the Hospitality sector, while also building connections with key stakeholders such as investors, franchisees, and project management teams.
Lead and own the planning and execution of strategy in collaboration with other company resources.
Be accountable for and measured on sales targets and results across the EMEA strategy.
Utilize product knowledge and insights to differentiate the company and create opportunities within accounts.
Consistently leverage the use of CRM tools to manage performance and communicate effectively with the team.
Develop strong customer relationships at all levels of the client organization and with relevant stakeholders or decision-makers involved in Hospitality projects.
Effectively manage and guide account team members on activities and client engagements, collaborating with all regions and teams responsible for the hospitality business.
Develop account and opportunity strategies, including setting aspirations, sales targets, key corporate products, and other activities to grow the company’s share of wallet.
Requirements and Competencies
The candidate must be based in Madrid.
At least 5 years of experience in the Hospitality sector.
Native Spanish speaker.
Advanced knowledge of English (minimum C1 level). Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in SAP/CRM and the Microsoft Office suite.
