What you’ll do

As a member of EMEA MEE Service Delivery Hub management team will be a part of Global Commercial Finance organization and will get the opportunity to contribute to company’s success. You will be reporting directly to our Service Delivery HUB manager Matus Slavkovsky. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the region.

The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

• recruit, onboard, coach and lead a team that provides operational commercial finance support for various software deals, both cloud and on-premise, complex and simple, across SAP’s Go-To-Market portfolio, from a central service delivery location.
• Coordinate team´s interaction with Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition. Responsible of securing pricing guidelines are follow.
• Build up relationship with relevant stakeholders
• Together with the team lead Coordinate team´s actions to avoid any revenue deferrals and escalations
• Be the lead in change management – mindset, processes, work on team and regional level
• Closely work on team members development
• Support and lead various projects which can change our way we work into much smoother, leaner and flexible way
• Manage performance of individuals in the team and evaluate their progress
