Grounds & Maintenance Technician

temp-to-hire Grounds & Maintenance Technician with a great supplier

Grounds &
Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Maintain outdoor spaces by cleaning, sweeping, and
  shoveling as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including
  painting and other small repairs.
• Maintenance machinery inspecting, checking oil
  levels, and changing out tubes.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs to complete tasks
  effectively

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Must be able to work overnights as needed (12am-8am)

Pay: $20 per hour

Grounds &
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions
• Experience in construction or outdoor work is a
  plus.
• Comfortable working outside in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
  as needed.
