GTM Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract

NETGEAR is seeking an experienced GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top GTM talent in multiple European countries. You will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best talent to drive our company’s success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top GTM talent. 
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies. 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM roles in multiple European countries.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and requirements. 
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • High level of professionalism and integrity. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
