Head of Inside SalesLeadership rolePaymentsLondon£60,000 – £80,000 + bonus + benefitsA growing payments infrastructure business are seeking to hire an experienced Sales development manager to lead and grow a team of currently 10+ Inside Sales Executives.The team of SDRs are all highly motivated and high achieving – this is a newly created role that will merge two previously separate business units, requiring excellent leadership skills, a strong desire to coach and improve talent, as well as a strategic mind to help direct efforts for maximum return.You will need to come from an enterprise SaaS and ideally a payments background, and have proven yourself in a sales leadership capacity.On offer is a new position in a highly ambitious and fast-growing payments business.
