Head of Wardrobe

The Head of Wardrobe will lead the production wardrobe team for a first-class production with duties including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the Production as directed by artistic and creative requirements
• Overseeing preparation and maintenance of all costumes and equipment, including pre-show checks
• Attending rehearsals, show calls, maintenance calls, get-ins, fit-ups, get-outs, and emergency calls as required
• Monitoring understudy and swing performances and making necessary adjustments
• Compiling and maintaining cue sheets, costume paperwork, and the wardrobe show running bible (digital and hard copy) for accurate future remounts
• Managing departmental petty cash and placing approved orders promptly
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and hirers
• Undertaking other reasonable duties as required by the Costume Supervisor, Company Manager, Production Manager, General Managers, or Producer
