Vial InspectorENTRY LEVELEntry Level / Students / Persons with Key Attention to Detail Skills looking for work!Position Overview:The Vial Inspector will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our vial packaging process. This position involves monitoring and inspecting vials for defects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall production quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vials during and after the filling process, identifying defects such as cracks, chips, or contamination.
  • Perform visual and instrumental inspections as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
  • Communicate findings to production teams and escalate any concerns regarding product quality.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of inspection processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
