Job SummaryAs a Hiring Coordinator at Almost Family, LLC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the company’s success. • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
• Post and advertise job openings on various platforms
• Review resumes and applications for suitability
• Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates
• Perform reference and background checks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of new employee on-boarding

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High level of professionalism and integrity

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Wage of $21 to $22, paid every two weeks
