Responsibilities Include:

• Providing excellent guest service by consistently upholding rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with members and guests.
• Confidently and knowledgeably educating members and guests on the benefits of routine esthetic treatments, as well as home care regimens.
• Assisting and promoting PCA Skin and Murad skincare services and products after performing a skin scan to all clients when available.
• Achieve retail sales goals in accordance with predetermined bonus structure.
• Maintaining your space and keep it clean and hygienic.

Education, Skills, and Training:

• Have completed the minimum of 500 hours of skincare education as well as required classroom work.
• Be able to pass a background check with satisfactory results as a condition of employment.
• Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetics services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current esthetics License.
• Have knowledge of and experience in performing facials and chemical peels, and recommending products to continue their care at home.
