DescriptionHiring Immediately – Direct Care Worker Western MassResponsibilities:

• Support residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, mobility, self-care)
• Administer medications and report concerns to supervisors
• Help with recreational programs and social skills
• Attend individual service plan meetings and accompany residents to appointments
• Drive state vehicles for transportation to activities

Requirements:

• 6+ months of direct care experience
• Active driver’s license and personal transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting
