Location: NEXT contact Centre, Yorkshire Way, Armthorpe, DN3 3FQ 

Please note this is a role working within our home department based onsite at our Doncaster contact centre and NOT a remote role.

Shift: Working 4 days on and 4 days off 11 am – 9pm ( 9am – 7pm weekends ) 33.25 Hours per week*

Rate of pay: £11.99 per hour plus an additional £1 per hour for working weekends, + quarterly performance bonus 

This increases to £12.70 per hour once you have met a certain skill set within the role.

Training: Training dates : 3rd March 2025 – 21st March 2025 Monday – Friday 9-5pm

Contract: Permanent

Office based : Working onsite at our Doncaster contact centre. Opportunity to apply to work from home, in line with our working from policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service (eligibility criteria applies) 

  • You must be able to commit to full time training and during our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work an additional 4 hours for 20 weeks of the year

This is an exciting opportunity to join the NEXT Online family, working as a Customer Service Advisor at our Doncaster contact centre. 

What you’ll be doing:

Our NEXT Home Department deals specifically with orders of homeware stylish furniture collections, home accessories, lighting and much more! 

As an integral member of our NEXT Home department, you’ll play a crucial role in interacting with customers via phone, email, and web chat. Here, you’ll have the autonomy and empowerment to make a real difference. This customer service role differs as there are no sales targets; your performance will solely be assessed based on the exceptional service you provide, allowing you to dedicate yourself entirely to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Display Computer literacy skills, and have the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Work to set Key Performance Indicators and Standard Level Agreements.
