Are you ready to help customers create their dream homes? We’re searching for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our amazing Home team at NEXT Online in Doncaster
Pay – Great Pay: £12.76 per hour (that’s £23,886.72 pro rata), with an extra £1 per hour for weekend work! Plus, you could earn up to 20% more with a quarterly performance bonus if you’re a star player.
Shifts: 33.25 hours per week.
4 Days on 4 Days off 11 am – 9pm weekdays & 9am – 7pm Weekends
Please note spaces are limited for each shift and are on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Location: Onsite, based at our contact centre – D2 Contact Centre, Yorkshire Way, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3FQ with the opportunity to apply to work from home, in line with our working from policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service (eligibility criteria applies).
Training: Monday – Friday 9am – 5 pm. Starting Monday 20th October 2025 – Friday 7th November 2025, then coaching for 3 weeks following the training in shift time. You must be able to commit to the full training period to be considered for the role.
