Hospitality Associate in San Francisco, California

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Hospitality Associate in San Francisco, California. As a Hospitality Associate, your role will primarily involve providing reception support, managing the front desk, and offering hospitality services during meetings and events. This role is within the industry and will be stationed in a bustling workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide stellar customer service and hospitality support during meetings, lunches, breakfasts, and other events.

• Manage the front desk, receiving any client guests arriving for scheduled meetings.

• Work closely with vendors to ensure the smooth running of events and conferences.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen and catering areas.

• Keep track of catering supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.

• Set-up conference rooms according to the daily schedule, including audio/visual equipment, furniture configuration, and food/beverages.

• Clean up conference rooms after use and return property to vendors if necessary.

• Tackle multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing work to ensure efficiency.

• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.

• Participate in training processes and quickly adapt to new responsibilities and tasks. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service is required.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes is preferred.

• Experience in Receptionist Duties is a plus.

• Ability to manage Vendors and Property effectively.

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Configuration Management is beneficial.

• Catering experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.

• Understanding of Salary Structures within the hospitality industry.

• Strong Written Communication skills for clear and concise correspondence.

• Ability to manage and organize a Daily Schedule.

• Experience in providing Training to colleagues or new hires.

• Proficiency in managing Conference Rooms for various events.

• Knowledge about Perks and benefits within the hospitality industry.
