Hospitality Coordinator/ Mail Team

Position Details:

This direct hire role is full time. Hours are MON-FRI @ 6:00AM – 5:00PM. No nights, no weekends. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Brand new office space. Great working environment. Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis (near the Nicolett Mall stop on the Light Rail). Expansive access to METRO Transit routes. In-office bike room (great for any bicyclist-commuters!). No Nights/Weekends!

Responsibilities

This direct hire role is full time, and performs hospitality and office services work. Hours will range within M-F: 600AM- 5:00PM.

• Coordinate with the client’s Facilities Team regarding office procedures and employee experiences
• Support the Hospitality team with event set-ups, tear-downs and conference services
• Distribute mobile pedestals to reservable offices
• Order supplies & manage supply inventory
• Collaborate on a team of 10-20 people
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Assist with basic shipping & handling needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
