Hospitality Staff

We are seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Banquet Servers to join our team! As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service at events such as weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions. You will ensure a positive experience for guests by delivering food and beverages efficiently, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms with tables, chairs, linens, glassware, silverware, and other event-specific items.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Monitor guests’ needs and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.

Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of the event after service.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests.

Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth service.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain) may be required based on location.
