We currently have an opportunity for Hospitality Team Member to join our amazing team at Preston North End Football Club

With the opportunity to work at Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Deepdale is a prestigious footballing venue, home to Preston North End and steeped in history. The Lilywhites’ home ground holds the privileged title of being the oldest professional footballing site in the world in continuous use.

Whilst many sides have shifted about from spot to spot in their short or long term history, Preston North End have remained loyal to the piece of turf in PR1, making it their home since 21st January 1875 when the club’s members first took out a lease on the plot of land.

In 2004, the famous ‘The Splash’ statue was built to honour Sit Tom Finney, the club’s most famous former player, which now sits proudly outside of ‘The Gentry Bar’, PNE’s new fan zone.

Role Responsibility

• Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Being friendly yet professional
• Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
• Good attention to detail and punctuality
• Being proactive is key
• Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting

Package Description

Hourly rate 16-17 £6.50 18+ £11.50

This is a casual role with evening, weekend and matchdays available.
