We are looking for outgoing team players to fill our spots as:

• Cook III (Entry Level)
• Cook II
• Cook I (experienced)

In the role of a Cook, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and proper kitchen operations. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling to create delicious dishes that meet our culinary standards. Your experience in the food industry and knife skills will be vital in maintaining efficiency and quality. Join us to contribute to a vibrant culinary team dedicated to excellence. Typical responsibilities include working closely as a team, cleaning and doing dishes, setting up and stocking stations, and using a multitude of cooking methods.

Qualifications:

• Proven culinary experience in food preparation and cooking
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation
• Background in food service and handling within a restaurant or kitchen environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, broilers,
• A strong focus on accuracy and precision to ensure consistency and quality
• Ability to stand for long hours working in a hot and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
