As HR Business Partner for HSS ProService, you will be at the heart of strategic transformation, partnering with senior leaders to shape and implement forward-thinking people strategies. You’ll work across key areas such as organisational design, talent development and reward, whilst leading a HR Advisor, and directly influencing the company’s future.What is in it for you:

What you’ll bring:

• A commercial mindset, with a proven track record of driving business results through HR.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Experience in handling complex employee relations issues and leading on organisation change.
• A passion for developing talent, fostering inclusivity and driving performance-based cultures.
• Proven experience managing TUPE & complex restructures and redundancies.
