About the Internship:
We are seeking a passionate HR Intern to join our team remotely. This unpaid internship provides hands-on experience in human resources management, recruitment, and organizational development within a fast-growing research and M&E sector.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Help coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires and support offboarding procedures.
- HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and organize HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Support initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
- HR Process Improvement: Contribute to refining HR systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- HR Data Analysis: Help in tracking and analyzing HR metrics related to recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day HR operations and other related tasks as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Some knowledge of HR practices or recruitment processes (preferred but not required).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
