  • Strategic HR Support: Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a key contact for resolving employee issues, fostering a positive work environment, and managing conflict.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in performance reviews, employee development, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate on recruitment, succession planning, and retention strategies to ensure top talent and workforce engagement.
  • Change Management: Guide leaders through organizational changes, restructuring, and process improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure company policies comply with legal requirements and support audits, reporting, and policy updates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics and trends to support leadership decisions and drive workforce improvements.
  • Training and Development: Support employee growth by identifying training needs and implementing development programs.
  • HR Projects: Lead or support key HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, compensation planning, and organizational development.

Education:

  • Degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field is preferred

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in an HR Manager/Business Partner role is required
  • Previous experience in an Industrial/Construction setting is a strong asset

Base Salary: $80,000 – 100,000 per year

  • Salary based off of experience
  • Full benefits package included

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
