Express Employment Professionals is seeking to hire Information Support Specialists for a key role at a local Education Support Center. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for educational and technical support related to social service programs for local agencies.

Experience Required: Minimum 6-12 months of relevant experience preferred.

Job Description:

We are currently hiring Information Support Specialists to join a dynamic team that provides essential support to state agencies, assisting with educational and social service programs. In this role, you will interact with customers to resolve inquiries, navigate case management systems, and ensure high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assess, research, and resolve client issues.
• Maintain client confidentiality while navigating case management and database systems.
• Provide education and technical assistance to customers regarding social service programs and case details.
• Follow up with clients to ensure continued support and resolution of inquiries.
• Document actions and outcomes in case management systems.

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: Available from 7am-7pm; Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Required: GED/High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Preferred: 6-12 months in customer service, retail, education, technical support, social services, or office duties. Experience as a CNA, CMA, in nursing, or as a receptionist is highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong phone communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Reliable, motivated, and professional with a commitment to excellent customer service.
