Inside Sales Specialist | Building Materials Industry

Do you have inside sales support experience working in a construction or lumber environment? 

A local building materials company seeks skilled full-time, direct-hire Inside Sales Specialist who enjoy supporting and working with their outside sales team. 

This company produces interior and exterior doors for the 4 largest contractors in the region! They provide excellent customer service and delivery to each of them and build beautiful wood materials.

Perfect for someone who thrives in customer service and is detail oriented. 

Inside Sales Specialist Duties:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and resellers to understand their needs and goals.
• Data entry
• Take orders from incoming calls and walk-in customers
• Track and report sales activities through their internal CRM system

Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the Lumber, Windows, or Building Supplies industry
• CRM experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong data entry skills
• Experienced in navigating Gmail

Pay: $22-$30/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
