Join Our Dynamic Team as Int’l Market IT Data Analytics Delivery Lead
In this role, you will lead international data teams to deliver tailored solutions and prioritize tasks in real-time based on evolving business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both business and IT, to translate business priorities into actionable plans.
We seek a strategic thinker who can balance technical expertise with business acumen to achieve measurable results. You will play a crucial role in advancing our company’s priority of leveraging digital and data to empower our business. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing continuous improvement processes and incorporating external data trends to enhance our data products and services.
You will build and manage a high-performing, agile team that adapts to evolving needs, with team members located around the world.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the market data delivery team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across all platforms and products.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies that align with the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across all platforms and products.
Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, addressing their needs and resolving complex issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and related technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in IT with market facing experiences or commercial experiences.
Proven experience in managing and leading dynamic teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle difficult business stakeholders effectively.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of GTM strategies and their application in data analytics.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
