Role Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.

• Drive vendor selection process: RFI’s, RFP’s, competitive bidding.

• Perform due diligence on current and potential vendors.

• Procurement responsibilities: negotiate price and contract terms.

• Implement and maintain Vendor Management Office policies.

• Conduct regular vendor reviews for performance and compliance.

• Drive contract management along with drafting and evaluation or RFP/RFI processes.

• Develop control reports by compiling, reviewing, and analyzing data.

Ideal Candidate:

• Should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.

• Possess 6+ years of experience in a vendor management role.

• Knowledgeable in hardware and software solutions development and implementation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional customer service orientation and technical support skills.

Requirements • Proven experience in the role of an IT Procurement Analyst or a similar role within the IT industry

• Detailed understanding and knowledge of corporate procurement

• Proficient in using procurement software and other IT tools

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating vendor proposals

• Knowledge of IT products, services, and markets

• Understanding of IT procurement processes and strategies

• Ability to conduct cost analysis and set benchmarks for supplier performance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
