Your New RoleAs a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be traveling to job sites around Vancouver, WA, and within a 20-mile radius. This position is responsible for:

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites
  • Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and system optimizations
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Leading and supervising work crews while ensuring projects stay on track
  • Communicating with customers about repairs, system performance, and maintenance recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including safety and environmental standards
  • Properly documenting service calls, parts used, and job completion reports

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC service, repair, or installation
  • Certifications:
  • EPA 06A & 06B Licenses (WA State)
  • Brazing/Welding Certification
  • NATE Certification preferred
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to complete and submit daily paperwork accurately
