A leading top tier property consultancy are currently hiring a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join their expanding Leisure and Hospitality team. The team based in the West End work with a range of clients including pe houses, developers, banks and institutions providing valuations for a range of purposes.Key Responsibilities
- Provide Valuations for a range of purposes; development, investment, consultancy
- Managing existing client relationships and developing new contacts
- Generate new business
- Acting as a subject matter aspect within the Leisure and Hospitality sector
Key Skills and Experience
- MRICS qualified
- RICS registered valuer
- First rate written and verbal communication
- Strong technical skills
