A leading top tier property consultancy are currently hiring a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join their expanding Leisure and Hospitality team. The team based in the West End work with a range of clients including pe houses, developers, banks and institutions providing valuations for a range of purposes.Key Responsibilities

• Provide Valuations for a range of purposes; development, investment, consultancy
• Managing existing client relationships and developing new contacts
• Generate new business
• Acting as a subject matter aspect within the Leisure and Hospitality sector

Key Skills and Experience

• MRICS qualified
• RICS registered valuer
• First rate written and verbal communication
• Strong technical skills
