Logistics Customer Service Representative in Brisbane, Connecticut

Adecco is looking for a customer-obsessed logistics specialist with experience in EXPORTING FREIGHT. Have airfreight experience? We want to hire you!

1. Keep customer transactions updated in the system by maintaining accurate records and tracking shipments.

2. Ensure customer details, quotes, and profiles are entered and updated in the company’s system.

3. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels.

4. Monitor service center performance related to customer support.

5. Work with the process manager to improve automation and service center efficiency.

6. Address escalations and provide support when needed for customer service processes.

7. Coordinate with sales to develop customer work instructions and improve overall service quality.

8. Analyze customer reports to help operations improve service and resolve issues.

9. Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and agreements to maintain financial accuracy.

10. Finalize and close customer shipment records according to financial guidelines.

11. Process and submit final customer rate requests.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
