This role is based on-site at our DCs in Toronto, ON, supporting approximately 1300 employees (agency and full-time) with up to 3000 employees during peak season. The Toronto Campus recently expanded it’s office space to support the growing business and will total over 500,000 sq. feet combined. This role partners with people managers and employees to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative people support.They act as a People and Culture expert delivering frontline counsel and guidance in all areas of talent management. Additionally, they partner with business managers and cross-functional partners to deal with various queries and resolve issues autonomously, inclusive of all P&C matters. This role reports into the Director, Business Partnering for Global Fulfillment and supports all roles within Global Fulfillment based in their market which is inclusive of Director level and below positions. This role will also support and drive network wide strategic initiatives and programs with direction from their manager. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500-$141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
