FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. core responsibilities

Reporting to Director, FP&A Operations, the Manager, FP&A is responsible for partnering with FP&A and P&C teams in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting for global SSC people costs. As well as partnering with the FP&A and business on SG&A tools and processes

• Strategic business partner to workforce planning, org design and compensation team to align headcount plans with business priorities and financial targets.
• Support with scenario planning, cost modelling for workforce initiatives (re-orgs/hiring posture/travel guidance).
• Partner closely with EPM team on maintenance and update of workforce cube and automation of forecasts

qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience within fast-paced business environments.
• Retail industry experience an asset.
• Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle EPM and PowerBI an asset.
• Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500- $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
