FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. Reporting to Director, FP&A Operations, the Manager, FP&A is responsible for partnering with FP&A and P&C teams in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting for global SSC people costs. As well as partnering with the FP&A and business on SG&A tools and processes

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500- $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
