Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (some evenings and weekends as required)
Location: Surrey, BCStart Date: ASAPSalary: This position starts at $75,000 per year and increases to $107,849 per year, over a 10- year period. Closing Date: April 10, 2025 or until filledThe OpportunityDIVERSEcity Community Resources Society is seeking a Manager, Social Entrepreneurship. The Manager, Social Entrepreneurship, is responsible for leading and executing strategies to expand and enhance the organization’s social enterprise initiatives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative models for sustainable growth, and ensuring the social enterprises align with the organization’s mission and values. The position requires an individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, keen business acumen, and a commitment to creating social impact through innovative solutions. The Manager will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, oversee the development of new business models, and ensure the financial sustainability of social enterprises.
