Manufacturing Associate

A local plastics manufacturing company is adding Manufacturing Associates to their team. No previous experience necessary!

Training is provided, so you’ll learn the whole process from beginning to end.

You’ll be working in a production environment where plastic sheeting is made for a wide variety of products, such as vinyl used in offices, and medical and industrial products. You would be responsible for preparing new orders by selecting proper mixes and keeping machines running throughout the process.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity. There are opportunities for growth and great benefits upon permanent hire.

Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:

• Ensuring machines are running properly
• Quality checking throughout the process
• Monitoring raw compound mixes
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas

Schedule: Day, Rotating Day and Grave shifts available

• Day Shift: Mondays 1pm-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7am-7pm
• Rotating Day Shift: 12 hour shifts, work every other weekend
• Grave Shift: Monday-Wednesday 7pm-7am, Thursday 7pm-1:30am

Pay: $20 per hour

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for up to 12 hours/day
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. continuously
• Strong Attention to detail
• Safety-focused mindset
• Previous production experience is preferred
