Manufacturing Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor Job Duties
:

• Responsible for the day-to day safety, operation of the department and its employees on the shop floor
• Assist in the training of new hire employees and ongoing education for the team
• Coordinate with management and/or employees from other departments in the manufacturing/fabrication/assembly process
• Expedite shop order through the departments
• Responsibilities will include policy enforcement, oversight of performance management, and timekeeping.

Schedule
: Monday – Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:00 am

Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Manufacturing Supervisor Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a metal/manufacturing environment
• Proficient with performance management, including plans of action and evaluations
• Able to read blueprints
• Excellent communication skills; able to converse professionally with shop and office employees
• Consistent shop floor presence (2/3 of shift)
