Medical Call Center Rep

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Medical/BioTech industry who is looking for a qualified Call Center Rep to help support all their customer inquires. This opportunity is located in El Segundo CA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is a temp to hire role looking to pay between $24-$30/hr depending on experience. Experience working in a call center taking high volume calls is required for this opportunity.

Job Specifications:

• Answering all phone calls and triaging calls to determine importance
• Transferring calls to correct individuals
• Answering all customer related questions, including product questions and troubleshooting
• Greeting visitors and patients of the office
• 3 plus years of Call Center experience required for role
• Experience in the medical/healthcare industry required for role
• Degree preferred but not required
• Experience with high volume calls required for role
