Other minimum qualifications 

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or related discipline, and two years of full-time counseling experience in a mental health agency or counseling center.
• NH License or license eligible as a mental health professional. Computer skills as required by department for necessary reporting and electronic communications.
• Exemplary written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Specialization and/or certification (LADC, Disordered Eating Specialist, EMDR, etc.).
• Technologically Adept: proficient in Microsoft Office 365, experience with or a willingness to learn Titanium, CCAPS and time management software.
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion.
• Recent and relevant clinical experience with students. Experience working with historically underserved communities.

• Provides individual counseling, group counseling, crisis counseling, and consultation to students.
• Consultation services to faculty and staff regarding psychological issues which adversely affect the mental health of students.
• Participation in emergency on-call rotation.
