The candidate will develop and execute the regional business strategy while collaborating with our global team. Key responsibilities include building industry relationships, implementing go-to-market strategies, and partnering with artists, managers, labels, and producers. This role focuses on accelerating business growth and creating exceptional music experiences for customers by strengthening artist fandoms across the region.Based in Miami, Florida, this role requires collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Editorial, Content Vendor Management, Operations, and International teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and proven negotiation skills. Experience working in cross-functional environments is essential for success in this position.Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree in Business
– Demonstrated success in business negotiations and partnership development
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Fluency in English and Spanish required
– Experience in contract management and stakeholder relations
