- Experience in construction products/equipment and have previously held a similar managerial/supervisor position in builder’s merchant or a related business.
- Strong commercial acumen with awareness of the current market.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets, prioritise tasks and consistently meeting deadlines with a strong focus on finding solutions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Excellent organisational abilities, with a talent for balancing workloads and meeting service demands.
What does the Merchant Branch Manager role involve?
- Independently manage the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder’s merchant, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Promote the branch to increase trade sales growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.
Similar Working PatternMonday to Friday 7:30am until 17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am until 12:00pm
