We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a talented and passionate individual to Lead and Manage Nursing Home in the heart of Gainsborough. ·Regularly reviewing and maintaining care plans, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care
·Overseeing financial management within the home, including budgeting and resource allocation
·Promoting and preserving each resident’s dignity and independence
·Supporting residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life, tailored to their individual needs
·Encouraging resident participation in decisions relating to their daily living arrangementsWhat we’re looking for in our Home Manager:To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a passion for making a positive impact on residents’ lives. Prior experience in a similar role is essential, alongside a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, ideally at Management Level 5.
