Join ITV.Your impact sends ripples.The team…The ITV Pensions team in Preston is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ITV Pension Scheme for its members. The team uses their expertise to administer and monitor all aspects of the Scheme. The team also works with the Trustees of the ITV DC Plan to understand and meet their requirements whilst working in partnership with the DC Plan administration provider to deliver a quality and efficient service to members.The role…We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our busy Pensions Department on a permanent basis. Reporting to the PA & Pensions Support Manager, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including handling telephone inquiries, emails, and post, ensuring smooth communication with members, third parties, and suppliers. You’ll be responsible for organizing meetings, managing diaries, and coordinating travel and facilities for the Pensions team. You’ll also oversee office operations, maintaining filing and archiving systems, supporting the induction of new team members, and ensuring a comfortable office environment. This role is extremely fast paced, with deadlines to be met on a daily basis.Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including handling telephone inquiries, emails, and post
• Ensure smooth communication with members, third parties, and suppliers
• Organize meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate travel and facilities for the Pensions team
• Oversee office operations, maintaining filing and archiving systems
• Support the induction of new team members
• Ensure a comfortable and efficient office environment
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships with agents and the ITV Safety team as needed

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Must have experience coordinating a busy team in an office environment
• Must have previous phone customer service experience
• Must have experience working on a variety of administrative tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily deadlines and delivering under pressure
• Competent and accurate in managing a diverse workload, with strong multitasking abilities
• Experience in a similar role, with exceptional IT skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines
• Professional telephone manner and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to build strong peer relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
