Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday, with alternating Fridays off (On site position)

Location: Santa Ana, CaHelpmates is seeking a detail-oriented customer service focused Office Specialist for a contract opportunity in Santa Ana with our customer, a large government agency! The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Planning & Building department with performing a variety of office support duties including responding to public inquires in a timely manner!The Office Specialist Requirements:

• 1-3 years of office support experience
• Bilingual Spanish & English skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Types 40-50wpm
