- Managing a team of 5 contractors
- Ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and delivered and that all stakeholders are clear on expectations, direction and escalation
- Provide strategic support to the contracts for delivery around recruitment and service provision.
- Ensure the contracts remain financially stable, full P&L responsibility and budget control
- Forecasting requirements and identifying all possible areas to improve overall bank fill rates in line with the agreed KPIs.
- Using data to support key decisions on hard to fill and challenging roles.

- Previous experience in delivering strong presentations to Senior Stakeholders
- Extensive Senior Management and Leadership experience within the healthcare sector
- Previous Service Delivery experience
- Experience of managing multiple contracts
- Extensive Client Management experience
