Our Bank Partners business is hiring in our London office and are looking for someone who is committed to ensuring contract delivery and compliance, whilst providing strategic support and delivering the highest levels of customer service. • Managing a team of 5 contractors

• Ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and delivered and that all stakeholders are clear on expectations, direction and escalation
• Provide strategic support to the contracts for delivery around recruitment and service provision.
• Ensure the contracts remain financially stable, full P&L responsibility and budget control
• Forecasting requirements and identifying all possible areas to improve overall bank fill rates in line with the agreed KPIs.
• Using data to support key decisions on hard to fill and challenging roles.

• Previous experience in delivering strong presentations to Senior Stakeholders
• Extensive Senior Management and Leadership experience within the healthcare sector
• Previous Service Delivery experience
• Experience of managing multiple contracts
• Extensive Client Management experience
