Order Processing Specialist

 A well-established Aerospace company in Mill Creek is adding an
Order Processing Specialist
to its growing team. This world-leading Aerospace supplier specializes in designing and manufacturing interior aircraft and marine components in the Pacific Northwest! This temporary-to-hire position is a great way to hone your customer service and data entry skills, while supporting the sales team and learning the production industry.

Order Processing Specialist

Order Processing Specialist Job Duties:

• Provide customer service to sales inquiries via email in a professional manner
• Data entry of sales orders into company ERP system
• Review orders for completion and accuracy and research discrepancies
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay
: $20 per hour

Order Processing Specialist Job Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in data entry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience with ERP or CRM software a plus!
