Jackson marketing company is seeking 10 SKILLED Customer Service Professionals to join their team! This position is full time, long-term temporary. There may be a possibility of hiring on at some point but that is not guaranteed. 

Agent Skill Set

• A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• Call Center Experience–outbound experience is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills-Verbal and Written (Good Phone Voice and Delivery when speaking with clients)
• Ability to read a script fluently (accuracy, proper rate of speech, and professionalism)
• Attentive to Details
• Good Listening Skills
• Energetic and Enthusiastic Tone
• Professionalism
• Dependable (Must maintain good attendance record)
• Teamwork

Job Duties

• Make Outbound Calls to Business Clients (No selling)
• Read verbatim from a script.
• Transfer calls to appropriate department
• Sedentary (Must be able to sit for long periods of time at computer)
• Must be receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Must adhere to Policy and Procedures.
